Scientists used to believe air was a singular, indivisible substance.

Until three brilliant minds challenged this perspective.

Carl Sheele’s experiments revealed a gas within air that was distinct from ordinary air and possessed unique properties.

He referred to this gas as “Feuerluft” (Fire Air). 

Antoine Lavoisier named it "oxygen" and advanced our understanding of its properties and role in chemical reactions.

Joseph Priestley laid foundational knowledge about this vital element, making significant contributions to the field of chemistry.

    FOUNDER

    Javier is one of Mexico’s leading voices in brand strategy, known for combining bold creativity with sharp strategic thinking.

    He began his career at Ogilvy Mexico, where he became the youngest professional to lead brand and communication strategy at the country’s top agency, setting a powerful precedent in the industry. In 2013, he co-founded Bombay, now one of Mexico’s top independent agencies.

    Over the past two decades, Javier has collaborated with dozens of brands at national, regional, and global levels—helping many launch or expand their presence across Mexico and Latin America. He also brings a deep understanding of sustainability and purpose-driven branding, having pioneered green marketing efforts and strategic sustainability thinking early in his career. His work has earned him some of the industry’s most prestigious recognitions, including Mexico’s first Global Grand Effie.

    An AI entrepreneur and passionate mentor and educator, he currently mentors in USC’s brand strategy programs and teaches at the Mexican Academy of Creativity. He also serves on the board of AVE (Alianza por el Valor Estratégico de las Marcas)—Mexico’s national association of agencies and advertisers—where he helps lead efforts to elevate industry education and standards.

    Today, Javier devotes his time to spreading the power of creative strategic thinking, empowering both brands and the people behind them. A lifelong musician, he brings the same sense of structure, emotion, and intuition to strategy that he brings to music.
